The outstanding Indian art collection of the Rochester Museum and Science Center was presented in an unusual exhibition that explored the objects as ways in which individuals and groups expressed their identities. Though the emphasis was on the Museum's extensive collections of Iroquois material culture, the exhibition also included many Navajo, Pueblo, Sioux, and Eskimo objects.
